Shipping Information for Gorilla X Labs

How much is the shipping fee? 

Great news! For orders above $120 within Australia we offer FREE shipping.

For orders under $120, the shipping fee is determined at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Choose between our standard and express delivery options, whichever suits your preference.

How soon will my order arrive?

We aim to process and send out your order from our New South Wales, Australia warehouse the same day (for orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm, if on a weekend your order will dispatch on a Monday). Once dispatched, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Regular deliveries usually take between 3 to 7 business days.

Please Remember: Once parcels leave our warehouse, they are entrusted to our carrier service, and we don't have direct control over them. For orders with tracking, both Gorilla X Labs and the carrier will keep you updated. However, any package marked as 'delivered' on our tracking system should be addressed directly with the carrier provided on your tracking email for any further inquiries. 

Packages unattended and lost or stolen are out of our jurisdiction. If a parcel gets sent back to our warehouse after remaining unclaimed at the post office for a while, the cost of reshipping it falls on you.

What if my parcel gets lost?

It's important to note that after dispatch, the parcel's journey falls under the carrier's purview. If you've opted for a tracked delivery, you'll get updates from us. In case of a delivery marked as 'completed' in our tracking system, please engage directly with the carrier provided to you in your tracking email for further information.

Ensure your NAME and shipping ADDRESS are accurate during checkout. Sadly, we can't replace items lost due to incorrect details.
